One of the most critical decisions in TheXchange to date has been choosing the correct listing partner for our revenue-sharing digital security: TurnCoin.
We met with Securitize in Silicon Valley just over two years ago. Since our initial meeting, Securitize has made several significant strides in the digital security industry and we believe they are the perfect capital markets partner for our Global Launch of TurnCoin.
Securitize is one of the few exchanges in the world approved by the SEC to assist in the primary issuance of digital securities, in addition to handling the secondary trading of digital securities on their Alternative Trading System (“ATS”).
Additionally, Securitize raised over $100,000,000 over the past couple of years from some of the world’s most considerable blockchain funds and traditional banks, including Banco Santander and a top-four American bank. The strength of their investor base speaks to their capabilities and underscores the fact that they are the key digital securities marketplace in the United States.
