Adele matriculated from Wentworth High School. She obtained her Paralegal Certification from the South African Law School. Adele brings experience to TheXchange having worked for various law firms across 32 years. This includes working for respectable names in Sandton, Johannesburg including Norton Rose Fulbright, Bowmans, ENSAfrica and Werksmans to mention a few. Adele has experience in Civil Litigation, Mediation and Arbitrations, Labour Law, Commercial Law, Construction & Engineering and Property Law. She has worked on multiple due diligence projects, most notably the ABSA/Barclays merger into South Africa in 2005. Her core focus at TheXchange includes conducting research, reviewing case laws, investigating facts and developing legal arguments, drafting and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, overseeing the execution and legalization of documents for submission and general legal assistance to the Chief Legal Advisor.
