Arno acts as General Counsel to TheXchange®, where he oversees the legal and regulatory affairs within each department of the company. His primary focus is on Global Intellectual Property Holdings, Cryptocurrency Securities, and Blockchain Platforms.

Arno holds a BA degree from the University of Stellenbosch, an LLB from the University of South Africa and is presently completing an LLM degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Stellenbosch. Arno is currently enrolled at the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL), completing further studies to become a registered Trademark Practitioner.

Arno is a participating member of the International Licensing Executive Society (LESI) and the Licensing Executive Society (LES) of South Africa.

Before being affiliated with TheXchange®, Arno practiced as an Attorney in the Intellectual Property department of one of the top Technology and Intellectual Property law firms in South Africa. Additionally, he gained a broad scope of experience as a Litigation Attorney at a specialist boutique law firm.
