Lacel Jane April, is from Matroosfontein, Cape Town where she attended and matriculated from Elsies River Secondary School in 2017. After high school her ambition lead her through several industries. Lacel gained experience in the Restaurant industry before pursuing her interest of working more directly with customers through a Foreign Sales assistant role at Out of Africa. This brought her to TheXchange where she works as a Customer Care Provider for the VirtualStaX Platform. Her main focus in the role is to maintain a clean and steady relationship between issuers and fans to ensure any queries are attended to accordingly.
